Hi,

How long does it usually take to hear back from a warranty service request? I've been trying for two months to submit a warranty request for my processor and have heard nothing back. First, I received server errors saying that my emails were not delivered, so I tried again. I have also tried submitting an e-ticket to find out if my warranty request was submitted successfully and have heard nothing back from that either. Eventually, the warranty submission page worked (at least I think it did.. I didn't receive the error email, anyway), but it's been weeks and I haven't heard anything.
Please help.
